Erica H. Lambert, MD, is an experienced urologic surgeon. For the past 15 years she has been serving patients in and around Hartford, Connecticut. With her extensive training and years of experience, Dr. Lambert offers expert care to all her patients. She is thrilled to announce that she moved to South Jersey and excited to meet the community.
Dr. Lambert obtained her Bachelor of Science in cellular and molecular biology from the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor in 1998.
In 2003, she completed her medical degree from Thomas Jefferson University Sidney Kimmel Medical College in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
After medical school, Dr. Lambert completed a urology residency at New York-Presbyterian Medical Center – Columbia in New York City in 2008. To further her training, she finished a urology fellowship in Endourology and Laparoscopic/Robotic surgery at Vanderbilt University Medical Center in Nashville, Tennessee, in 2009.
In addition to practicing medicine, Dr. Lambert has research work that has been published in Urology, Journal of Urology, Journal of Endourology, and the British Journal of Urology. Dr. Lambert is a member of the American Urological Association, the Endourology Society, the American Medical Association, Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Society, and the Society for Women in Urology.
As a urological oncologist, Dr. Lambert specializes in the latest robotic, laparoscopic, and minimally invasive urologic surgeries. Her expertise extends to the robotic treatment of prostate cancer, bladder cancer, and kidney cancer.
Dr. Lambert performs complex robotic procedures in the treatment of benign obstructive uropathy. She also has comprehensive training in advanced endourology of the lower and upper urinary tracts, and metabolic evaluation, and medical management of kidney stone disease. She has extensive experience in BPH management, including minimally invasive procedures as urolift, rezum, green light laser prostatectomy, TURP and robotic prostatectomy.
In 2022, she became more interested in female health and specifically on female pelvic floor disorders. She offers the latest technology and services for patients seeking non-invasive options, including botox and neurostimulation for overactive bladder and incontinence.
She received her cosmetic and aesthetic certification in botox and fillers to compliment services offered. She also provides services in microneedling and red light therapy.
Her newest passion is focusing on hormone balancing. Perimenopause and menopause can cause symptoms that make us just not feel like ourselves.
Dr. Laura McGarry practices general urology, treating a variety of conditions in both male and female patients.
Dr. McGarry focuses on the treatment of urinary incontinence and overactive bladder, including the use of sacral neuromodulation. She treats other general urologic conditions, including kidney stones, BPH/enlarged prostate, and performs scrotal, penile, and testicular surgical procedures. Dr. McGarry is committed to providing patients with high-quality, individualized, and compassionate urologic care.
After graduating with a bachelor’s degree from the College of William and Mary, Dr. McGarry received her medical degree from Rowan University in New Jersey. She completed her surgical internship and urology residency at Albert Einstein Medical Center in Philadelphia.
Dr. McGarry is a member of the American Urological Association, the American College of Osteopathic Surgeons, and the American College of Surgeons. She has presented on a variety of urologic topics in addition to contributing to several publications.
Dr. Andrew L. Hirsh is a certified Diplomate of the American Board of Urology and an expert in male and female voiding dysfunction.
He received his Bachelor of Science degree from Cornell University and completed his post-baccalaureate in Premedical Sciences at Columbia University. From there, he went on to medical school at the State University of New York at Stony Brook where he graduated
after being inducted to the Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Medical Society.
Dr. Hirsh then completed an internship in General Surgery at Columbia University in New York, and a surgical subspecialty Residency in Urology also at Columbia University. He served as Chief Resident in Urology from 2009-2010. At Columbia, Dr. Hirsh was fortunate to train under numerous leaders in the advancing minimally invasive techniques in Urology.
In New York, Dr. Hirsh won second prize at the Valentine Resident Research Contest for his research in advanced urology.
Dr. Hirsh is an expert in the diagnosis and treatment of voiding dysfunction, with a specialty focus in the medical and surgical treatment of enlarging prostates. His training included high volume minimally invasive procedures, including laparoscopic, robotic surgery, and endoscopic procedures. He is a recognized leader in the field, adopting new technologies to help his patients. Most recently, Dr. Hirsh has expanded his practice to include the Urolift procedure for men with enlarged prostates. He performed the first Urolift in the State of New Jersey.
Dr Hirsh is focused on providing high quality comprehensive patient care and is competent in all facets of Urology. He has a particular interest in minimally invasive surgery for voiding dysfunction.
When not working, Dr. Hirsh enjoys time with his wife, Dr. Alina Hirsh, and their three daughters.
Dr. Piskun was born in Rockland County, NY. He went to college at the University of Virginia where he was a varsity wrestler. After finishing medical school at Georgetown University, he completed residency at Penn State Milton S. Hershey Medical center. He then joined Dr. Wren, his former chief resident, to work for Jersey Urology Group.
Dr. Piskun is married with three children and is active in church and youth athletics. He currently resides in Egg Harbor Township with his family.
Dr. Lehrfeld was born in Rockland County, NY. He studied Chemistry at theJohns Hopkins University in Baltimore, Maryland, and later obtained his Medical Doctorate at Boston University School of Medicine. He returned to Baltimore to complete his residency at the University of Maryland Medical Center. He then completed a one year fellowship in minimally invasive Urology at the University of Pennsylvania. During his training, he published articles on bladder and sexual dysfunction, urologic oncology, as well as minimally invasive urology.
Dr. Lehrfeld is also a specialist in Medical Informatics, a field which focuses on advancing the quality of health care delivered by utilizing technology. Dr. Lehrfeld is one of fewer than five urologists in the country who is dual board certified in both Urology and Clinical Informatics. He currently serves as the Chief Medical Information Officer at Jersey Urology Group, and also performs consulting work for other physician groups to help them improve their efficiency and the quality of care provided to patients.
Dr. Lehrfeld currently resides in Egg Harbor Township, NJ with his wife, two daughters, and Wheaton terrier.
