ACCESS Surgery Center Closure Notice

Atlantic Gastro Surgicenter, L.L.C., d/b/a ACCESS Surgery Center, located at 3205 Fire Road, Suite 3 – Egg Harbor Township, New Jersey 08234 (the “Center”) is anticipated to permanently cease offering patient care services, effective as of January 31, 2026. Pursuant to law, we are required to inform patients about how to obtain a copy of their medical records if they are needed after the permanent closure of the Center. The custodian of your medical records will be Morgan Records Management. The medical records will be stored at 8 State Street, Nashua, NH 03063.

If you wish to have a copy of your records sent to you or to another provider or facility, you will need to submit a request form with Morgan Records Management. The release form can be found on their website:
