Dr. Dwyer is a board-certified and fellowship-trained hand, wrist, and elbow surgeon with extensive experience caring for residents of South Jersey.

Dr. Dwyer serves as a section chief for hand surgery for Virtua Orthopedics & Spine. A graduate of Temple University Medical School, Dr. Dwyer completed a hand surgery fellowship at the Rothman Institute.

Dr. Dwyer specializes in the treatment of nerve compression, such as carpal tunnel and cubital tunnel syndrome; management tendon pathologies, such as trigger finger and treatment of degenerative arthritis of the hand and wrist; and traumatic injuries to the upper extremity, including management of fractures and nerve or tendon injuries. He also has expertise in fracture care, especially of those in the hand, wrist, and elbow.

Dr. Dwyer is the author of several peer-reviewed journal articles and has presented at multiple medical conferences. Patients consistently commend Dr. Dwyer for his compassionate, professional, and attentive care.
